All ingredients of Manghyang Spicy Noodles
have acquired HACCP designation

Manghyang Spicy Noodles has made utmost efforts to deliver only the best noodles made of fine ingredients to customers. As a result, we acquired HACCP designation for the first time among noodle franchise businesses for all processes and ingredients. We will strive to serve healthy and safe food.

Hold on! What is HACCP?

HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points. It is a scientific food safety control system that removes food hazards in the production, manufacturing, and distribution stages and secures the safety of food.
Manghyang Spicy Noodles acquired HACCP designation for the first time among noodle franchise businesses for all ingredients, including kimchi seasoning and noodles. We supply healthy and safe food to consumers and franchise stores.
Vegetable Stock
The vegetable stock and kimchi of Manghyang Spicy Noodles are products made of 10 fresh vegetables and clean water using a traditional method that has been around for about 50 years. We go through strict sanitation and research at the HACCP-designated Manghyang food factory. Vegetable stock is a representative well-being product that acquired venture certification for the first time in South Korea. It is rich in beneficial lactobacillus and good for our health.
White Kimchi
Chinese cabbages grown on the highlands are matured for about 6 months to make them rich in lactobacillus. The unique white kimchi of Manghyang has superior crispy taste.
Noodles
Our noodles are kneaded using BLUE MEAL’s know-how accumulated for over 20 years. They are matured by natural drying with clean and clear wind to become softer and chewier.
